We're recently received starts of stories from Chaz Jankel of The Blockheads (who co-wrote 'Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick' amongst other classics) and Lia Ditton, international yachtswoman and artist, and both of them are great!

In just 10 days time TheNeverEndingStory.co.uk will go live, enabling you to read and uniquely add to a range of original fictional stories started by famous authors and celebrities.
As previously mentioned, you'll also be add to classic last lines of famous books, add to a neverending poem, interact with other users in the site's forum, and much, much more.

In just 20 days time TheNeverEndingStory will launch, and enable you to create brilliant books in a completely revolutionary way! For those of you who have been following the countdown to launch of the site on this blog, you'll already know we have a host of famous names and authors on board each of whom is starting a fantastic fictional story for you to add to.
The next couple of weeks are set to be extremely busy as we finalise all the arrangements and make sure the new site - www.TheNeverEndingStory.co.uk - is as easy to use as possible. We're also talking to other well-known people who are interested in being involved in the site.

A big hello to BBC Southern Counties Radio listeners who have come to this site after hearing Simon Woodroffe on today's Stephen Grant show. Hopefully you're intrigued by the concept of TheNeverEndingStory and the idea of adding to ongoing evolving online publications (including fictional stories) started by famous people and authors.
This blog follows the countdown to the site's launch on the 2nd April 2006 (less than a month away!) and so far has detailed some of the ups and downs we have had getting everything ready for the site to go live.
